Momochi , Sawara Area | Other,Night TimeteamLab★Forest Light Art Transforms into a Winter Landscape! Experience Once-in-a-Lifetime Colors at [BOSS E・ZO FUKUOKA]
~ Until the end of February (planned)
Experience [Winter] at teamLab's permanent museum, where light and colors come to life! Until late February
teamLab is a group of ultra-technologists who use the latest technology to create artistic expressions, video productions, and spatial performances, attracting worldwide attention by holding various events in Asia, the United States, and Europe.
"teamLab Forest" is a new museum developed by teamLab. It offers an interactive experience based on the concept of "Capture, Collect, and Observe."
Each artwork reflecting Japan's four seasons is available for only a limited time. Once the program changes, you will never see it again. Take a close look, walk around, and create lasting memories through this unique experience.
The venue is designed as two forests, and you can enjoy different experiences based on each theme. Why not take your smartphone in hand and explore the vibrant world of light and color?
≪Capture and Collect Forest≫
A forest designed on the concept of "Capture, Collect, and Observe." You can discover animals living in the forest by looking through the camera of a dedicated app downloaded in advance. When you find an animal, shoot an "observation arrow." The captured animal will appear on your smartphone so you can observe it closely. Once you are finished observing, release the animal back into the forest.
≪Athletic Forest≫
A space designed to "perceive the world with your body and think three-dimensionally." The undulating terrain simulates a valley, creating differences between visual and physical perception. When you draw a creature on paper, it comes to life and starts moving through the valley before your eyes - an exciting and fun experience for both adults and children. At times, the creatures respond to the other theme "Animals Living with Flowers II", making it an experience you can't take your eyes off.
The Athletic Forest is a space with differences in height that resembles a valley. Watching the creatures you drew on paper move around the flowing valley and walls makes it seem as if the picture has come to life. In "Animals Living with Flowers II", winter flowers form living creatures and animals, repeating the cycle of birth and death.
Chasing, touching, and stepping on the creatures and flowers will trigger vibrant reactions, making it an experience you will never tire of. The venue's enchanting melodies further enhance the immersive atmosphere.
Open until 8:00 PM, it's a great option for those looking for a special nighttime event during their trip in Fukuoka! Enjoy this one-of-a-kind, spectacular art experience.
