Four Days to Taste Freshly Brewed Sake at the Sake Brewery "Hakata Hyakunen-gura"

"Hakata Hyakunen-gura" is the only sake brewery that has been producing sake in Hakata for over 100 years.
This sake brewery opening is an event celebrating the completion of a new sake batch, where you can enjoy tasting and comparing about 10 types of sake, including freshly brewed ones.

The freshly brewed sake is unpasteurized, meaning it has not yet undergone heat sterilization. The best part of tasting the sake at the sake brewery is being able to enjoy the fresh flavors immediately after it is brought out of the brewery!

Some local restaurants will be serving local dishes such as tempura kamaboko and stews, perfectly complementing the sake. Warm, non-alcoholic amazake will also be served, making this a popular event that sake enthusiasts should not miss.

This event will be held until 8:00 PM on February 27 (Thu) and 28 (Fri). Why not visit this 100-year-old brewery filled with delicious sake?
