Seasonal food and workshops assemble at this big get-together where nature is the key word!

On Sunday, June 8th, the Fuku Marché featuring Forest, Sea, and Lifestyle by Mitsuya Aozora Tasuki will come to Daimyo Garden City in a special collaborative event! This time, with the themes of forest, sea, and lifestyle, the Fuku Marché seasonal food market, feel nature workshops, and sea-themed movie screenings will call upon all five of your senses to bring maximum enjoyment! 

This time the venue is the incredibly accessible Fukuoka Daimyo Garden City, located just three minutes away from the Tenjin subway station. 

A welcome patch of green in the middle of the city, here you can try local cuisine and workshops. Eat, see, hear, and join in on the fun! Amid the revelry, let the abundance of nature help your imagination run wild. 

What Sorts of Fun Awaits you There?

Enjoy a wide variety of Foods Themed on Sea, Forest, and Lifestyle!

Every aspect of nature is represented among the culinary options here! Enjoy a Nokonoshima Seafood Galette featuring the fruits of the sea, from the forest partake of Charcoal Grilled Itoshima Game Meat, and from the lifestyle category try blueberries grown without agricultural chemicals and a soft-serve ice cream made with ripe Amaou strawberries! The bounty of nature makes itself manifest in the wide variety of local produce, sweets, and food on offer!

Workshops and movie screenings too! Special content you can only enjoy at the marche! 

Alcohol-ink art made in the image of the seas, accessories made with recycled lumber, and many other nature-themed workshops are waiting for you to try them! Usually exclusive to Itoshima, these experiences are coming to Tenjin for your enjoyment!

Relax on the lawn with free to rent leisure chairs!

The lawn in the middle of the Daimyo Garden City venue is meant to serve as an oasis in the heart of Fukuoka. The space is quite popular with parents with active children who like to run about as well. Have a bite, take a nap, and relax without a care as you relax on the lawn caressed by the gentle rays of the sun. 

There will also be plenty of special events available to both adults and children! With leisure chairs being free to rent for the duration of the event, why not enjoy a spell of luxurious relaxation?
