In the Hakata River Boating activity, you too can travel down the river loved by Hakata natives for generations. As the boat moves past historical buildings and vistas, the captain of the boat will provide interesting anecdotes and stories about the area. This activity is for those who want to learn more about the history of the area in a relaxing and elegant setting.

Hakata River Tour Course (Round Trip)

Hakata river is said to be comprised of 12 bridges, and each location along the way is filled with history and interesting stories. The captain will provide guidance as you sail along the river. 

Route: Hakata Riverain Mall ~ Suiryu Park ~ Hakata Riverain Mall
Departure times: 11:00 / 12:00 / 13:00 / 14:00 / 15:00 / 16:00 / 17:00
Duration: 45 minutes
Cost:
・Adults: 1,800 yen (tax included)

Gorgeous Course (Private)

Rent out the boat and take a spectacular ride down the river. Choose from one of 3 tiers of luxury and either cater or bring your own food along for the ride. For those seeking a special way to spend your time, this is the way.

Kimono Boat Trip Course

With the Kimono Boat Cruise course, you can fully appreciate the beauty and history of your surroundings as you drift by. The plan includes both the kimono (yukata) wearing and the boat rental cost. Following the boat cruise, you can admire the cityscape while walking about in your kimono or yukata.
