Shikashima Cycle is a bicycle rental shop and cafe near the torii gate at the entrance to Shikanoshima Island. The available bicycles primarily include sporting bikes, such as hybrid and mountain bikes, made by Bianchi, TREK, and Cannondale.

You can ride around the circumference of the island, or perhaps stretch your legs and take the Umi no Nakamichi road along the land bridge or ride over to Gannosu. [Fees] 2,500 Yen for a hybrid bike, and 2,000 Yen for a mountain bike, each for a 3 hour rental.

*Extensions are 500 Yen for each 30 minutes, and there is a 1,000 Yen insurance fee (refunded when the bicycle is returned).
