teamLab: Digitized Fukuoka Castle Ruins Returns for the First Time in Seven Years from 30 October

teamLab is set to hold teamLab: Digitized Fukuoka Castle Ruins 2026–2027, its third outdoor nighttime art exhibition at the Fukuoka Castle Ruins in Maizuru Park, Fukuoka, the first in seven years. The exhibition will run from 30 October (Fri.) 2026 to 11 January (Mon., public holiday) 2027.

teamLab is set to hold teamLab: Digitized Fukuoka Castle Ruins 2026–2027, its third outdoor nighttime art exhibition at the Fukuoka Castle Ruins in Maizuru Park, Fukuoka, the first in seven years. The exhibition will run from 30 October (Fri.) 2026 to 11 January (Mon., public holiday) 2027.

Built over a period of seven years from 1601, Fukuoka Castle is the largest castle in Kyushu, Japan. Often referred to as the ""Stone Castle"", its central areas including the Honmaru (main bailey), Ninomaru (second bailey) and Sannomaru (third bailey), were made up entirely of stone walls. The beautiful four layers of the stone walls make this vast site a magnificent national historic treasure.

This exhibition will transform the central area of the Fukuoka Castle Ruins, with its beautiful stone walls, into an evolving art space through the presence of visitors.

Tickets have been on sale via ARTNE TICKET ONLINE and Ticket Pia since Thursday, 1 October.

*On weekends, public holidays and from 29 December (Tue.) to 31 December (Thu.), advance booking with a specific date and time is required. On all other weekdays, no advance booking is required.
*If tickets are purchased on the day, the adult price is 200 yen more than the prices listed above, and the junior high and high school student and child prices are 100 yen more.
*If advance tickets are sold out, no same-day tickets will be available for purchase on the day.
