Fukuoka Flower Show 2026 is coming to the Fukuoka Botanical Garden for five days from March 22 (Sunday) until March 26 (Thursday)

An international-level garden contest weaves together flowers and greenery to create a breathtaking garden

The main highlight of the show is expected to be the garden contest in which renowned horticulturalists both from Japan and abroad will compete to see who can create the best floral set pieces! With all these beautiful gardens gathered in one place, it will feel like you’ve entered the idyllic world of a picture book.

Amateurs from around Japan will also be flexing their skills with the hanging basket floral arrangement contest, and visitors will be able to vote on their favorite gardens with the people’s choice competition!

The recipient of best flower at the world’s most famed flower show will also be on display

The 2025 winner of the top prize at the Chelsea Flower Show, the world’s most prestigious flower show, the Philadelphus Petite Perfume Pink, will be exhibited at the Fukuoka Flower Show as well.

A sweet and elegant fragrance wafting through the space is sure to leave an impression.

On March 25 th , (Wednesday) the show garden will be open until 21:00. Many flowers that show their true beauty at night will help create an enchanting atmosphere that differs from daytime.
