With its line-up of 28 different craft gyoza (pan fried dumplings), “Craft Gyoza Fes FUKUOKA 2025” is back this year to stimulate the spirit of inquiry and excite our taste buds! 

After proving a massive success with over 160,000 patrons, the Craft Gyoza Festival is back in Fukuoka, with the guiding themes being “make-up gyoza” and “synergy gyoza”. Drinks and dessert will also be available!

At this year’s fest there are planned to be 14 gyoza booths and fried rice booths, and 8 drink and dessert booths. With flexibility and freedom being important concepts this year, all 28 varieties of craft gyoza will showcase an ingenuity and originality you won’t find elsewhere. 

Specifically, this year there are 14 varieties gyoza and fried rice to pick from in addition to 1 purveyor of boiled gyoza, 4 types of deep fried gyoza, 3 types of steamed gyoza, and 5 types of soup gyoza. Featured among these are “POP&CUTE” gyoza such as one with corn kernels, and a miso and butter sauce as part of the “make-up” category, the “traditional” category for those looking for classics done well, and finally booths that take their skillsets and curated ingredient selections to create synergies of flavor in the aptly named “synergy” category. With so much unique gyoza to try, there is no end to the excitement! 

From the sheer variety to the wrappers, fillings, and sauces, this exhibit of gyoza-goodness is sure to make your day a delicious one!
