Yakitori

Yakitori is a dish made of skewered ingredients, mainly various parts of different types of chicken. Most skewers are seasoned with salt and pepper, a simple and delicious way to bring out the flavor of the ingredients. In addition to chicken, there are also skewers made with pork, beef, fish, and vegetables.
We recommend you order about three skewers per person first and then order more after.

Oden

Oden is a traditional Japanese dish made by stewing various ingredients in dashi broth. It is especially popular during the winter months. A bowl of warm oden is the perfect dish to enjoy during the cold season.
Oden can be served as soon as it is ordered, so we recommend you order it right after entering the store and savor it while waiting for other dishes.
Typical ingredients for oden include boiled eggs, white radish, konjac, beef tendon, and gyōza dumplings. But each stall has its unique oden ingredients.
The yellow paste-like substance that might be on the edge of the oden plate is Japanese mustard. If you like spicy food, put some mustard on your oden and enjoy.

They may come with a red paste-like substance. This is a spicy sauce made with yuzu citrus pepper or chili bean sauce. If you like spicy food, try the sauce with your gyōza.
